The priority of  ”ENIGMA idea” business activity is constant developing of production process and the product itself, which resulted in purchasing technical equipment in order to achieve maximum quality and production capacity. We would like to mention some of the most important machines we have in our possesion, and which also can be used for providing a variety of services to our clients, apart from being used in container production. In addition to universal industrial machines for metal processing such as lathes, milling machines, cutting machines, drills etc, our company also owns machine tools such as Borwerk drill machine, carousel lathe, tool sharpening machine, surface and circular grinder etc. Above mentioned machines and our qualified employees make possible the production of tools for special purposes, parts of the machines and complex machines, according to the project or demands of our clients. 
Automatic line for profiling metal sheets from 0.5 to 1.2mm thick, with the capacity of 30 tons per day
CNC metal cutting machine – computerized control machine, with capacity to cut rectilinear and curvilinear contours in plane ( along x-y axis), providing easy cutting of the parts needed for a machine overhaul or cutting geometrically complex shapes needed for a new machine, according to the client’s project. 
Working bench, dimensions 2.2 x 6.5 m,  enables cutting of large dimensions metal sheets ( standard metal sheet measures are 1,5 x 6 m or 2 x 6m) , providing  its application in shipbuilding. 

Cutting technology  - Torch selection depends on thickness and type of material. For non-ferrous metals, steel up to 50mm thick, and prochrome steel up to 50mm thick, we use the plasma torch which works on the principle of air plasma, where an electric arc creates the temperature up to 10 000 °C, thus achieving high cutting speed – up to 5m per minute.
Hydraulic press for sheet metal cutting – so-called ”shears” for sheet metal up to 10 mm thick and ≤ 3.000 mm long.
        Hydraulic press 120t for sheet metal bending – for bending sheet metal up to 6 mm thick on the length L= 3000 mm.
Both hydraulic presses are N.C. programmable. 
Robotic welding – applying robotic welding on specific welding spots, we get the maximum precision and quality of the welded joint, which significantly increases production capacities and at the same time reduces the need for additional work on the product.

Panel saw for cutting panel-like materials such as univer ( polished chipboard panels), waterproof plywood, OSB tablets etc. The panel saw dimensions are 4 x 2m, the maximum depth of cutting is 50mm.
POLIUREA surface protection system – th most advanced system of surface protection – POLIUREA rubber vulcanization of metal, wooden, concrete and other surfaces, and application of insulation ( polyurethane foam) on floor, wall and ceiling surfaces.                                                  The machine capacity is 200 m²/h.
TELEHANDLER – the machine which is practically the combination of fork lift, crane and tractor, used for loading, unloading and positioning of the containers and container settlements on hardly reachable locations.
